Along with our fabulous racegoer packages, we also specialise in creating bespoke tours for syndicates and other groups that are looking to offer their members an exclusive tour and enhance the membership experience.
Our team love to create and run unique horse racing tours specifically for groups, bringing like-minded racing enthusiasts together for a one in a lifetime trip. These can incorporate a VIP guest, trips to training facilities or studs or evening enjoying fine food in a lovely restaurant.
We take away all the stress of arranging and organising a trip of this magnitude whilst having a tour manager attend who will see to your every need.
Our Horse Racing Ambassador
We are delighted to have Luke Harvey as a Racing Ambassador at Venatour Racing Social, Luke will join us on a variety of tours when his busy schedule allows and will also host our charity events throughout the season. Luke is one of horse racing’s top presenters and regularly features on the award winning ITV Racing coverage along with Sky Sports Racing’s daily coverage.
Luke won racing’s Broadcaster for the Year Award at the 51st annual Horserace Writers and Photographers Association Derby Awards. He joined BBC Radio 5 Live as their horseracing reporter alongside Nicky Campbell and Shelagh Fogarty on their flagship Breakfast programme.
Luke was a jockey for 16 years and his big race victories include the Welsh Grand National, at the Cheltenham and Aintree festivals and Sandown’s prestigious Mildmay Memorial Chase.
Exuberant and enthusiastic, Luke has fronted the Sky Sports Winning Post programme on numerous occasions and works regularly at Royal Ascot, the Epsom Derby, Grand National and the Cheltenham Festival as a host and MC.

The Racing Social App offers you all the information you require to make a Day At The Races fully memorable, a chance to find out where you should Eat, Drink and Stay within close proximity of all 59 UK Racecourses, and notifications on race days of any exclusive deals or events that are happening locally to the course you are frequenting.
Racing Social will enable you to engage with the racecourses directly on the latest race meetings, ticket offers and any special events along with booking tickets and hospitality.
Our App will offer you the opportunity to arrange your race day in advance – pre-book your accommodation, make sure you get a table at the best restaurants and be sure to be in the most suitable Inn/Pub for your requirements, all direct with our venues.

Just returned from a 3 day, Friday to Sunday tour to France. Chantilly tour of racing yard, gallops, optional afternoon to the chateau, 15 minutes stroll, Longchamp racing. Great hotel location, very well looked after by Marc… all tickets distributed so we could do our own thing if we wanted. Looking forward to going to France again with them next year.
