If the event has been cancelled due to an ‘Act of God’ then unfortunately you will not be refunded. If the event is postponed your booking will be transferred over to the new dates. If you cannot travel on the new dates we will either transfer your booking to a new event or we will work with you to provide a refund.
If you have booked a package with us that includes a flight, then you will receive an ATOL certificate with your confirmation documents.
We highly recommend taking out a travel insurance policy as soon as you have made your booking, as most policies cover you from the moment you take the policy out, and not just for the time you will be away. Different insurance providers provide different levels of cover so it is always best to check that the policy you take out meets your individual circumstances. We are unable to provide advice on travel insurance but can put you in touch with a recommended provider.
If you have a British Passport you will need to have at least 6 months validity left and your passport must have been issued within the last 10 years. Please use the following link for assistance: https://www.gov.uk/check-a-passport-travel-europe
There are some destinations that we travel to that do require a Visa. On booking with us, we will send out details of how to obtain a Visa in good time for you to travel. If you do need further assistance on this, please use the following link: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

On Tour questions…
This does depend on the airline and the nature of your booking. Sometimes we are able to do this for our clients to accumulate points on their frequent flyer accounts. Unfortunately, we cannot book flights for you using air miles or credits as airlines will only deal with the membership holder. If you were looking to book flights in this manner, we are happy to just provide a quote for ground arrangements and you book your own flight directly.
On all of our Rugby Events, we like to create a real, authentic tour experience for our clients. Cooch’s Tavern has been going right from the early days of Venatour and this is a venue where we invite all of our clients to before the match. We get our very own Gareth ‘Cooch’ Chilcott and some special guests from the world of rugby on stage, to share stories, opinions and take questions from the floor. We include a couple of drinks for everyone to really build the atmosphere. Our taverns are not to be missed. A great informal way to get everyone in the rugby spirit.
We distribute match tickets on the morning of the game in your hotel reception. If this changes for any reason then we make sure to notify everyone on the tour when and where they pick their ticket up. If your tickets are distributed via a stadium app then they will be sent to you 5-7 days before the event.
