If the country in question is placed on the UK’s Red List of Countries and Territories list within four weeks of your departure date, you will receive a full refund. We will follow the guidance of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in this regard.
If the country in question is placed on the UK’s Red List more than four weeks before your departure date, any changes to the planning of the tour will be altered before the four-week deadline. This may include the decision to cancel and refund.
If the country in question is not on the red list but the school or club choose not to travel for whatever reason, then the school or club will need to contact their insurer to recoup any potential losses, should they be covered for such an eventuality.
