On arrival, we will enjoy a beautifully curated grazing picnic lunch in the iconic Royal Ascot car park, followed by a special “Run Through the Card” hosted by racing expert and Racing Around The World ambassador, Rishi Persad.
Choose from packages including a Queen Anne Enclosure ticket, or travel only options if you already have your ticket. Return executive coach transfers to and from the racecourse are included throughout.

Morning Reception
Enjoy a relaxed start at Dunkertons with breakfast rolls and a glass of champagne on arrival before we set off for Ascot.
Transfer to Ascot Racecourse
On arrival, we head to Royal Ascot Car Park where a picnic lunch will be waiting. Rishi Persad will join us to talk through the day’s racing and set the scene for the afternoon ahead.

Spend the afternoon at one of the most iconic meetings in the world. Soak up the atmosphere, style and tradition that make Royal Ascot such a special occasion, with top class racing throughout the day.
Return to Cheltenham
After racing, your coach will take you back to Dunkertons where you can relax and enjoy the rest of your evening.

If the event has been cancelled due to an ‘Act of God’ then unfortunately you will not be refunded. If the event is postponed your booking will be transferred over to the new dates. If you cannot travel on the new dates we will either transfer your booking to a new event or we will work with you to provide a refund.
If you have booked a package with us that includes a flight, then you will receive an ATOL certificate with your confirmation documents.
