Overview
This exceptional festive tour blends world-class Test Match cricket with seasonal celebrations and immersive city experiences, finished with one of Africa’s most iconic natural wonders.
Flying into Johannesburgh. then transferring to Pretoria, where you’ll enjoy an seven-night stay at a luxury five-star hotel. This elegant base provides the perfect setting for the Christmas period and the second Test Match between South Africa and England. The programme includes a special Venatour Christmas Day lunch, daily match transfers on Test days, and ample free time to relax or take part in a range of optional excursions.
The tour then continues to Cape Town for a further eight nights over the New Year. Guests will stay in a well-located four or five-star hotel close to the V&A Waterfront, ideally positioned for sightseeing, dining, shopping, and exploring the city’s famous surroundings. New Year’s Eve is celebrated with a special Venatour event, and the itinerary also includes a full-day vineyard excursion with lunch in the Cape Winelands.
The cricket concludes with the third Test Match, with return transfers to the ground included, before departing Cape Town for the return flight to the UK.
To finish the tour, travel up to Victoria Falls. This spectacular finale offers the chance to witness one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, with time to explore the falls, enjoy sunset cruises on the Zambezi River, and experience the unique atmosphere of this iconic African destination, a breathtaking conclusion to a truly memorable journey.

Depart Cape Town
Check out of your Cape Town Hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Victoria Falls. On arrival, check into the 4* Ilala Lodge Hotel for a 2 night stay.
This evening set off on a 3 hour Sunset Cruise. Relax on board and as the sun sets you will be served a selection of light snacks and beverages. A truly bucket list experience.
After the cruise, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Your £250.00pp deposit secures your place on the tour. Once the schedule is confirmed, if there are any changes to the listed itineraries, you’ll have the option to either transfer your booking to the revised itinerary or receive a full refund. If you chose to travel, the initial £250.00 payment that has been made, will be deducted from your final balance.
If the event has been cancelled due to an ‘Act of God’ then unfortunately you will not be refunded. If the event is postponed your booking will be transferred over to the new dates. If you cannot travel on the new dates we will either transfer your booking to a new event or we will work with you to provide a refund.
