Overview
Following a wonderful 2025 Dubai World Cup for our guests, where we were joined by our ambassador, Rishi Persad, we are looking forward to 2026, with extra itinerary options and new hotels. We offer an ‘Official Dubai World Cup’ Package with guaranteed race day tickets and a range of hospitality upgrades, all fully ATOL protected. Again, we hope to have Rishi Persad with us for various events throughout the tour.
The Dubai World Cup is the highlight of Dubai’s sporting and social calendar and attracts the best horses and riders from all over the world. It is the world’s most spectacular race day with a total prize money of US $30.5 million for the showcase of nine races, including US $12 million at stake in the title contest. The race day is truly spectacular with an array of first class entertainment before, during and after the 9 fantastic races. In 2026, it is the 30th Anniversary of the event and is going to be very special indeed.
Although the race day is the pinnacle of the trip, Venatour are delighted to also include in the itinerary, a simply stunning Yacht Cruise around The Palm, a Stable/Gallop Visit and Welcome Drinks in an Exclusive Rooftop Bar.

Check-in to the hotel of your choice.
Today is a free day to enjoy a lounge around the pool, explore Dubai or take an excursion.
Early evening and it’s time for some Welcome Drinks in a Rooftop Bar overlooking The Palm, to get to know your fellow guests. (In 2025, we had our ambassador Rishi Persad join us and we hope to do the same again)
Your first evening following the welcome drink is at leisure, with a wonderful range of restaurants to choose from. (Your Venatour Guide can help if required)
Day 3

Stable Visit
Breakfast at hotel.
This morning we will be visiting a racing stables or the morning gallop, with an insight from trainers and jockeys.
Day at leisure exploring the amazing sights of Dubai.
Evening at leisure with potential for the fabulous Jeep Safari excursion.
Day 4
Date : 27 March 2026
Sunset Yacht Cruise
Breakfast at hotel.
Today is yours to enjoy, whether you decide to join one of our excursions, head off for some sightseeing or just lounge around the pool or beach. (Your tour manager will be able to help)
We have arranged a lovely 2 Hour Sunset Yacht Cruise with Drinks from 5-7pm, with views around The Palm and beyond. Again, we hope to have Rishi with us offering a chance to run though the runners and riders for the big day.
Following your yacht trip, you will have plenty of time to enjoy a meal of your choice.
Day 5

Dubai World Cup – Races Day
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning at leisure.
Transfers to Meydan Racecourse for the famous Dubai World Cup.
It’s race day and there are 9 top class races to enjoy along with the buzz of one of the biggest racing fixtures in the world.
Dubai is famous for the ‘’After Party Entertainment’, and you will have a perfect view!
Day 5
Date : 29 March 2026
Return back to UK
Breakfast at hotel.
Transfers to the airport for the flight home.
Return flight from Dubai to UK.

Travel insurance.
City Tax.
If the event has been cancelled due to an ‘Act of God’ then unfortunately you will not be refunded. If the event is postponed your booking will be transferred over to the new dates. If you cannot travel on the new dates we will either transfer your booking to a new event or we will work with you to provide a refund.
If you have booked a package with us that includes a flight, then you will receive an ATOL certificate with your confirmation documents.

We highly recommend taking out a travel insurance policy as soon as you have made your booking, as most policies cover you from the moment you take the policy out, and not just for the time you will be away. Different insurance providers provide different levels of cover so it is always best to check that the policy you take out meets your individual circumstances.
