Itineraries

Day 1

Date : 2 October 2026

Departure Day

  • Morning Eurostar from London St Pancras to Paris followed by transfers to the 4* Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel.

  • On arrival, check in to your hotel and get settled.

  • Afternoon at Leisure with so many options within walking distance.

  • Evening at leisure exploring Paris with its array of bars and restaurants.

Day 2

Date : 3 October 2026

Day at Leisure

  •  Breakfast at hotel and morning at leisure.

  • Optional: Tickets available for Longchamp for Saturday’s racing if required.

  • If you are not racing, a chance to explore Paris and see all the sights. Montparnasse is a lovely area of Paris and offers easy access to all the attractions.

  • Optional Add On: Evening Meal on Bateaux Mouches, a chance to get to know the rest of the group, enjoy fantastic French cuisine and explore Paris from the Seine.

Day 3

Date : 4 October 2026

Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe Day

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Transfer to Longchamp Racecourse for one of the most famous race days in the world. Our Winning Line Race Day Tickets will ensure a great covered view throughout along with access to view the parade ring. (Further upgrades are available including hospitality options).
  • Return transfer back to the hotel for your final evening in the city.

Day 4

Date : 5 October 2026

Final Day

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Check out of hotel.

  • Transfer from hotel back to Gare Du Nord for the return Eurostar home.

  • Return Eurostar from London St Pancras to Paris. (Flights available on request)

  • Return hotel transfers.

  • Three-nights accommodation in a 4* Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.

  • Return transfers to the racecourse.

  • Official Winning Line Race Day Tickets offering views of the Parade Ring and Lower Tier Grandstand Areas (Upgrades Available).

  • An experienced Venatour Tour Manager.

If the event has been cancelled due to an ‘Act of God’ then unfortunately you will not be refunded. If the event is postponed your booking will be transferred over to the new dates. If you cannot travel on the new dates we will either transfer your booking to a new event or we will work with you to provide a refund.

If you have booked a package with us that includes a flight, then you will receive an ATOL certificate with your confirmation documents.
