Duncan Taylor starts for Scotland against France in first RWC2019™ warm up
Gregor Townsend has named an experimental Scotland side for their first Rugby World Cup 2019™ warm up fixture against France.
Saracens’ centre Taylor last donned a Scotland jersey in 2017, with injury hampering the 29-year-old’s first team opportunities over the last two seasons.
Stuart McInally has been named captain, with head coach Townsend refusing to decide on a permanent skipper, with former leaders Greg Laidlaw and John Barclay also in contention.
Northampton’s Rory Hutchinson and Glasgow’s Scott Cummings could make their international debuts in Nice after being selected as finishers.
