We at Venatour hope that all of our clients are keeping well during this extraordinary time. We understand the dilemma of fixing any travel plans when there is so much uncertainty around at the moment. We would like to reassure all clients booking now and those looking to book on future events, that you can still do so with complete confidence.

Venatour has always prided itself on providing excellent customer service and we promise that we will do our utmost to be as flexible as possible if your plans need to be changed.

Although we can’t predict what will happen with the coronavirus outbreak, our team have more than 30 years of experience in combating unexpected disruptions. With specialists who are experts in their destinations and remain your single point of contact before and while you travel, you’re in safe hands.

Your bookings are, and will remain, completely secure financially. Not only do we hold our own ATOL License but we were also one of the first sports travel agents to ensure our Six Nations clients had all the options available to them once the last two rounds were postponed, from refunds to vouchers for use on future events and postponements.*


When FCO advice changes

If the FCO updates its guidance to advise against all but essential travel to any destination you’re visiting, we’ll give you a full travel credit. You can put your credit toward another Venatour trip up to the value of the affected tour. Cancellation terms have always offered you flexibility, and continue to do so.
