The Armistice International Rugby Festival is a world-renowned youth tournament comprising boys & girls teams from across Europe as part of the World Rugby Memorial Project, combining sport & education.

COMPIEGNE
TOUR EXAMPLE
THURSDAY 27 OCTOBER
- Coach/Eurostar transfer from your school to Compiegne, Northern France.
- Two-hour afternoon training session at Rugby Club Compiègnois with RDJ Sports Development.
- Evening welcome reception and dinner at RC Compiègnois for all participants and supporters.
FRIDAY 28 OCTOBER
- Morning visit to the Caverne du Dragon, an historic cave system that the German soldiers converted into a barracks in WWI, and the World Rugby Memorial.
- Afternoon transfer to RC Compiègnois for the first day of the Armistice International Rugby Festival.
- Evening meal at RC Compiègnois for all participants and supporters followed by presentation by French Rugby Historian Michel Merckel and Q&A with expert rugby panel.
SATURDAY 29 OCTOBER
- Day two of Armistice International Rugby Festival.
- Evening presentations and dinner at RC Compiègnois for all participants and supporters.
SUNDAY 30 OCTOBER
- Option to attend Flatiron Copse Cemetery and attend a ceremony at Mametz, followed by a reception in the village hall hosted by the Mayor of Mametz.
- Option to visit Lochnagar Crater and Thiepval Memorial for a guided visit.
- Depart and transfer back to to the UK.
