In his time the Ospreys reached three Heineken Cup quarter-finals and beat Australia. He has helped to produce a multitude of Welsh International players and has coached the likes of Justin Marshall, Jerry Collins, Tommy Bowe, Ryan Jones, Marty Holah, James Hook and of course Shane Williams, to name but a few.
In 2009 he coached Wales on their North American tour. Sean now works regularly not only for the BBC and Nation but also for BT Sport, Talksport and Sky Sports. He has recently collaborated with award-winning education technology company Aspire2Be to devise a new programme for schools called iBroadcast. He is also an Ambassador for the charity Rugby For Heroes.
